Most clients visiting Jamaica are staying at a resort or private villa and want their photography session to take place where they are. That is exactly how these sessions work. Share where you are staying and your dates. I know the light, the layout, and the best locations within every major property on the north coast and across the island. Sessions are planned around that knowledge rather than worked out on the day.
At preferred vendor properties, there is no vendor fee and no negotiation with the resort. Access is confirmed in advance and the process is straightforward from the first message. For other properties, any applicable vendor fee is communicated clearly before booking so there are no surprises.

Where a resort charges an outside vendor fee, this is communicated clearly before any booking is confirmed.
Private villa sessions are available island-wide with no vendor fee of any kind. If you are unsure about access arrangements at your specific property, get in touch and I will advise before you commit to anything.
